Television studio remodel.  

Alfred Street Baptist Church is located at Old Town Alexandria which is an historic preservation site.   The current project for the intial upgrade of restroom facilities and signage as part of the continued restoration for this local African American Church.   This includes finish selection, building code analysis, LEED analysis, construction documentation and 3D conceptional renderings.  Products used for this renovation included Kitcher Lighting, Interceramic tile, Dyson, American Standard fixtures and Siletone countersurfacing (Silestone USA).

Reid Community Development Corporation (RCDC) an affiliate of Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church which is a faith-based, non-for-profit organization for workforce and entrepurnerialship programs.  The office space is 1825 sq.ft. for the use of workforce programs in Prince George's County.    Current design requirements include space planning, finish selection, building code analysis and 3D Renderings.
