This was a renovation and construction job. We added one bedroom and full bath in addition to gutting the master bath and rebuilding the entire south side of the home.  We also rebuilt the kitchen and added a new range hood design, replaced all lighting, paint, tile, wood moldings,  throughout the renovation.

This is a project I did for the president of LaVerne University.
This client does lots of entertaining,  she loves the outdoor fire pit space and her new outdoor dining area.

Well Traveled Pilot wished to have a bathroom remodel at his San Diego condo. The Bathtub and shower combo had become unusable and the shower head was too low for his height. Counters were raised along with the shower head, seat bench intalled along with hand held shower. A waterfall message was installed for after athletic competiton recovery.

The kitchen was designed and completed in 2007, for which I recieved the Rising Star award of Merit,  Legacy of Design Awards 2008

This project was a favorite. This is when less is more by working with textures and creating a clean, modern feel but still have all the comfort without the clutter. We also kept it simple by using pop of color through accessories and using the blues, silvers and greys as the backdrop. It felt like you were floating in the sky because the palette blended in with the Boston Skyline not compete. Very easy on the eyes.
