Lisa M. Cini is the founder, President & CEO of Mosaic Design Studio. Mosaic is an award winning global Commercial Design, Project Management and Procurement Company that has achieved over 149% averaged growth rate over the past 3 years. Mosaic’s mission is to “improve quality of life by design”; Mosaic has walked out this mission in projects ranging from the National Hockey League, The United States Air Force & Navy, Brio Bravo Development Group (3rd most profitable polished casual segment restaurant chain in the nation), Country Clubs Hotels, Hospitals and Senior Living. She is known for taking the complex and making it simple and repeatable. In addition to Lisa’s many talents, her creativity and business savvy has captured awards spanning multiple industries. She has been published in well over a dozen articles & books including “Cottage” by Taunton Press. Lisa is regarded as the leading Alzheimer’s and long-term care design expert in the nation and has received many design awards for her projects throughout the years. She also writes regularly for Long-Term Living Magazine and RetirementHomes.com. Fundamentally Lisa’s success is due to her never-ending desire to learn from the best and become an industry changer. She has redefined the field of interior architecture and increased the impact the client’s environment has on meeting their client’s mission, vision and values. Her focus of partnering and collaborating has produced for Mosaic Clients higher profit, award winning design, while creating the “Best Value” for the end-user. Lisa gives back to the community through various means, by working on the Governing Board of Athena Power link, Board of Trade Justice Mission, Trustees of CIDLO, Kids ‘N Kamp, Soccer Goal Setting & Team Building and with IIDA Student Mentoring. Lisa’s deep devotion to family, friends and business associates and her strong spiritual beliefs are the lifeblood of Mosaic’s success. She believes that we are all here to add value to this world using our God given talents and treasures.
