Our Designs are unique and the result of a synergy with our clients. We filter their dreams through our trained eye. We offer personalized service working on a limited number of projects at a time. Turn-Key is one of our specialties, where we look after our client’s needs from inception to move-in. With 25 years of professional practice, we have completed numerous projects including, Private Residences and Villas, Apartments, Vacation Homes, Boutiques, Restaurants, Clubs, Arcades and Lobbies. In locations ranging from San Francisco, Marin and the bay area, Beverly Hills and California, and in Mexico, England, France and Central America, and 30 States in the US.

Fee Structures

We always accommodate our clients. We tailor our fees to our client's needs. Our fees can be on a mark-up basis, hourly fee, or fixed fee. Or a combination, based on the particular project. We have a minimum size project which varies per category and location, as well as the scope involved. We welcome new clients, and offer initial consultation by phone or e-mail. We have an initial on site consultation package available too.
