Linda Lissman is a professional member of ASID having passed the NCIDQ exam in l986. In 1991 she became a New York State Certified Interior Designer. She is the owner and founder of LSK DESIGN ASSOCIATES. Her work has been published in various publications including Newsday, Veranda,trade brochures and various magazines. At LSK DESIGN Our approach to Interior Design is a personal one. We encourage client participation in all aspects of the project whether it is choosing fabric for a sofa or designing a 2-story extension. We work closely with our clients to create an environment that suits their lifestyle, their budject or in the case on commercial projects the requirements of that particular business.

Fee Structures

At LSK DESIGNS we have various fee structures. The first consultation at our office is for you to get to know us and see our work and for us to get an idea of the scope and requirements of the job. There is no charge for this meeting. Our design fee is 30% above the wholesale trade price. If the client requires us to work with their builder or other tradespeople our hourly fee $100.00. We require a retainer based on the scope of the job. The retainer is applied to future purchases.
