With two degrees in interior design from the University of Delaware and The Fashion Institute of Technology, Sandra P. Lambert, ASID began her design career in 1987 specializing in corporate interiors for several fortune 500 companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Ciba Geigy and Merrill Lynch to name a few. In 1996 she founded Realm Designs Inc. in which she now blends both commercial and residential design. Having the training in details and specification required for commercial interiors she was able to let her creativity flow while still providing the balance of a strong business mind that is needed to orchestrate the many facets of any project. An ASID certified Interior designer since 1990 she is committed to keeping up with the ever changing trends and spectacular resources available. She stays up to date with taking CEU courses that enrich her many years of experience. Realm Designs is also a NJ State Licensed Home Improvement Contractor. First and foremost we lead with our design solutions but we can offer a turn key solution from concept to completion. My mission and passion are intertwined as I strive to ensure that the client Is truly in their “Realm”- a place of comfort where they can flourish as they are in harmony with their environment. Our design studio is 2,000 sq. ft and we have four interior designers on staff and a large product library. We pride ourselves in providing creative design solutions, superb customer service and we are flexibility to your needs. We are large enough to get the project done but small enough to care. Sandra P Lambert ASID is the lead on all projects and her team works seamless together to bring the client timely results. We demonstrate our flexibility in working with client’s small and large projects such as, face lifts to bring their home up to date or provide designs for complete renovations. One of our larger projects we a 30,000 sq. ft restaurant facility that we designed in under 3 months. We have been noted to provide solutions that are outside of the box and unexpected but always mindful of classic elements of design that stand the test of time. When asked, "What is your style", I choose to say, "I don’t really have just one “style”. To me style is an evolution and is ever changing and if you are not open to possibilities you may be missing out on some great design. I will say that our projects do have our very own stamp on them which has been described as warm and artistic. This is achieved by blending different elements of design be it modern to traditional and bringing it all together with interesting use of color texture and artistic flair. Fee Structures

Your interior design project is an exciting but sometimes overwhelming venture. Our design team is committed to providing advice and services which help you avoid costly mistakes. We tailor our designs for each client as an individual with different likes and dislikes, as well as being mindful of their budget. Fee Structure We work two different ways in terms of our compensation: On a project basis : we conduct a detailed scope of service interview and provide a fixed fee for the described work. We can also consult on your project at an hourly rate for which we charge $150 per hour.
