Lynn Packer is a New York Certified Interior Designer, NCIDQ Certified, and has achieved a Professional Membership with the ASID. One of the highlights of her career was teaching Interior Design at Queens College. It was extremely satisfying to inspire and share her knowledge of interior design with her students. Lynn finds when working with clients, that they too become inspired and enlightened. In 1989 she established Westminster Interiors, Inc. Known for elegant classical interiors that conform to both a traditional or modern design concept.

Westminster Interiors Inc. is a full service Interior Design Firm. Our extensive experience in all aspects of interior design enables us to provide services ranging from construction and renovation, bathroom and kitchen design, space planning, selection of furniture, fabric, wall covering, flooring, lighting, custom cabinetry, and window treatments. Every detail of the interior design process is addressed to achieve quality and originality. Our goal is to serve the needs of each client, so that they love to come home!

Fee Structures

There is no charge for the initial consultation. All purchases will be invoiced at the net designer discounted price. The design fee is based upon a percentage of the net discounted price. If a floor plan is required, a flat fee will be charged based on the complexity of the plan. An initial retainer fee will be required to proceed with the design project. the retainer fee is refundable at the completion of the project.
