Interior Decisions bases its design fee on the number of square feet to be designed and scope of work required. The design fee includes a Presentation of Design with drawing documentation and is for gathering information, measuring, designing floor plans with integration of existing furniture with new furniture, research of materials, window elevations and treatment design options. Developing a color plan of paints, wall covering, coordinated fabrics, finishes and materials and carpeting suggestions. Also, a review of lighting needs as well as art and accessory suggestions. There is no charge to visit us at our office to discuss your project and we recommend an appointment. Please note that our design process is delivered in two aspects: Aspect I is the Design phase and drawing documentation. Aspect II is the implementation of the design with purchases. We do not accept projects for only one Aspect because our vision of the design is important to implement and have our complete involvement. Please feel free to call our office and discuss your project and how we can help you develop a wonderful interior reflecting your taste and style with our creative knowledge and ideas. Manor Master Bath
A beautiful country Master Bathroom combining fine art in an elegant setting bringing serenity and comfort to these clients as they begin their day. We designed the space, selected the materials, customized the vanities and dressed the room with fabics and accessories to bring it to this dramatic sanctuary. / Manor Master Bath
Master Suite
A master suite designed for uncompromised comfort and elegance within a country setting. Soft tones and textures blended with elegant window drapery, bedding and furnishings around a comfortable and relazing sitting area creates a bedroom these clients never wanted to leave. / Master Suite
Transitionalizing a Town Home
Our design removed the walls between the Living Room and Dining Room and replaced with structurally with classic style columns to create a more open feeling to the townhouse. Neutral tones with touches of color bring sophistication to a once ordinary town house. / Transitionalizing a Town Home
TWIN MAPLES CENTENNIAL DESIGNER SHOW HOUSE 2008
A classic turn of the century mansion restored to its glory for Twin Maples Show House in Summit, NJ. A once dark basement space that housed coal for heating the house years ago was transformed into this stunning home cinema for comfortable entertaining. Original concrete walls became acoustically sound and new "green" heating with Gio thermal ductwork brought heat and air-conditioning to the space for cost saving. Totally planned and designed by Interior Decisions, working and overseeing contractors throughout the project. This is a permanent exhibit as the mansion is available for catered affairs. / TWIN MAPLES CENTENNIAL DESIGNER SHOW HOUSE 2008
A retreat at the Rumson Stately Homes by the Sea Designer Show House 2007.
Traditional, elegant and classic is this bedroom of French Regency styling with soft tones of blue and an array of textures and tones. Walls are decoratively hand painted. Architectural moldings create vertical panels making the room appear taller. We called it "Jackie's Retreat" in memory of our past first lady as if she were a frequent guest at the estate and a special guest room was set aside for her. / A retreat at the Rumson Stately Homes by the Sea Designer Show House 2007.
