Gayle Barr, President & Owner Professional Member of ASID Licensed by The Florida Board of Architecture & Design I have been in the Interior Design business In Florida for over 30 years and have experience in Residential & Commercial Interiors, Model Homes, Medical Offices and Public Spaces. The majority of my business is repeat clients and referrals. Doctors whose offices have been completed who then ask me to design thier homes, builders whose models have won rave reviews, now want thier homes to reflect thier lifestyles and the remodeling of public spaces in condominiums that establish a beautiful entry point for residents whose homes need an update. Fee Structures

At our first consultation we explore your goals, preferences and budget. Our fee structure varies by the scope of the project and no two projects seem to be the same ( as are no two homes). But, together we determine what the most cost effective way is to price out your project and come up with a budget that is under YOUR control. We work on a COST + PERCENTAGE basis and YOU SEE AND PAY ALL OF THE INVOICES. There are no hidden costs or charges.
