About
My technical training began with the Bachelor of Science degree I earned from the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute in 2000. I have practiced since then on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial. Because we interact with our environment, it is crucial to have an understanding of the technical aspects of design, as well as a strong design aesthetic. The extra ingredient is a sense of freedom and desire to create a beautiful, unique design for the client, regardless of the particular style that is executed.
Services Offered
Design Philosophy: All design should begin with listening. We listen to our clients to determine how they would like their space to function and feel. We ensure that any special requirements are addressed, such as acoustics or universal design, and that code requirements are integrated into the space plan and materials specifications. Services: Full Service Interior Design Kitchen and Bath Design Space Planning Color Consultation Home Staging and Styling Window Treatments and Furniture Reupholstery Lighting Plans to enhance interior spaces

Fee Structures
I am flexible in how I work with clients, and customize the billing structure to the parameters of the project. I do charge an initial consultation fee of $75 for one hour, which is credited back to the client should they decide to retain my services. We can work with any design budget, and can provide as little or as much assistance as needed on a project.

Commercial Office Renovation
This traditional style office received a modern update with a residential feel, and serves as the rental office for a multi-family housing complex. / Commercial Office Renovation

Residential Bedroom Renovation
The design concept was to create a very soothing and serene room, with flexible lighting. Pale blue/grey walls feel atmospheric and calm, and contrast with the white bedding and capiz shell pendant fixtures. The original ceramic tiles were replaced with walnut floors, and the existing traditional moldings were updated with a modern profile to create a clean envelope for the space. Three types of lighting were incorporated, all on dimmers. A three way switch is provided by the bed. / Residential Bedroom Renovation
Residential Bath Renovation
The home's original 5' x 8' Master Bath was combined with an adjacent bedroom to create a spa-like Master Bath, complete with double vanities, deep soaker tub, separate shower with rainfall showerhead, and make-up area. The toilet/bidet received their own separate enclosure behind frosted glass doors for privacy. / Residential Bath Renovation
