John Day, Allied Member ASID, Associate AIA, LEED AP is a Principal and Director of Interior Architecture and Design at LDa. John’s professional background in corporate and high end residential interior design, coupled with his design education has produced a unique design process that considers the architecture and interiors as a choreographed process from day one. John’s professional ability to manage projects, schedules, and budgets are well complimented by his design talent, project experience and extensive knowledge of finish materials, furniture, and sustainable design.

Since its establishment in 1992, LDa Architects has focused on producing contextually based projects that celebrate New England style while exploring contemporary building usage and technology. LDa offers a full range of interior design services including interior space planning, selection of interior finishes and lighting, furniture planning and selection, custom architectural detailing, and consultation services. LDa is characterized by a highly interactive, collaborative approach which delivers uniquely responsive design solutions.

Fee Structures

Beginning with a preliminary design consultation, LDa offers either fixed fee design services, or fees based on hourly rates depending on the scope of the project.
