Sadie Callow received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in 2005, and has been immersed in the field of Interior Design ever since. Sadie is affiliated with ASID, and has worked on residential remodel projects throughout the country, providing a new, invigorating outlook on each project. She participates in continuous education credit activities on a regular basis, and she and her General Contractor have recently established their San Francisco Bay Area design/build practice, Callow Design and Construction, to provide clients with the exclusive additional step towards the complete remodel package.

Callow Design and Construction is a full service Interior Design/Build firm that offers all aspects of Interior Architecture and Design and Construction services, from Construction Documentation to residential remodels and complete ground-up construction. We pride ourselves with these services and all service elements in between and beyond, including architectural space planning to furnishing selection and window treatment design. It is our goal to provide our clients with effortless full service projects from beginning to completion. We accomplish all Construction Documentation and Drafting in our studio, and therefore can alleviate the higher costs often associated with drafting plans. Our Interior Design Services offer a full range of expertise, from architectural space planning, custom cabinetry design and implementation, and material specifications, to the softer goods of furnishings and window treatment selections. Our Construction Team has been completing custom projects for over 10 years, and is experienced in projects of all sizes and complexity. By accomplishing all aspects of your project with a full service team such as ours, clients will be assured that no detail will go unnoticed, and communication will always be the number one priority between all the team members involved, allowing each phase to commence and conclude effortlessly.

Fee Structures

We offer complimentary local initial consultations from both our Interior Designer, Sadie Callow, as well as our General Contractor, Aaron Callow. We understand that clients may have their own contractor, and we are happy to work with you on a design basis only. Either way, design fees are billed on an hourly basis, and purchasing is done on a cost plus basis. Complete projects that will include our contracting services are subject to separate bids for the construction portion of the work. Each project scope is different, and fees and bids are relative to the scope of work.
