Rachel Blindauer holds a BA in Interior Architecture and is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Rachel has 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising & designing residential furniture, seating, and lighting for a major lifstyle brand and brings this insider knowledge to interiors. Rachel's design portfolio was on display at the St Etienne International Design Biennial in France. Matali Crasset was the curator. She also received the 2013 Best of Houzz Award for Customer Service and is an Interior Design contributor for Dwell magazine. Rachel Blindauer Interior Design is a full-service residential and commercial interior design firm. We work with clients to improve their living spaces & retail locations by helping them to define their own aestethic. My clients and I work together to welcome change with fresh color, great products, and better functionallity in to their homes. The result is a chic, comfortable, and sophisticated space that is both the product of Rachel Blindauer Interior Design expertise and the client’s vision harmoniously co-existing together. Our services include color selection, space planning, custom furniture & lighting, construction planning and oversight, design consultations, space planning, interior architecture, millwork design, furnishing selection, art & artifact selection, purchasing and construction administration, and installation coordination.

Fee Structures

Rachel Blindauer Interior Design's fee structure is individually based on each project. Consultations are complimentary to learn about the client, their needs, and how she/he envisions the space. Once a consultation has been completed, Rachel Blindauer Interior Design determines a price structure which can range from hourly to a fixed fee. Rachel Blindauer Interior Design reviews the structure in detail with each client, and once agreed upon, a contract is created. If instead a client would only like to gain ideas for them to implement in their space themselves Rachel Blindauer Interior Design charges a consultation fee for one hour of in depth detailed consultation.
