Twenty plus years experience consisting of commercial facility planning and residential design. Full range of design services offered from consultation, space planning, drawings, product selection window treatments, purchasing help, project management. I work with any budget and have a drive to come up with solutions to improve life and the process of building or renovating your space.

Fee Structures

Primarily after a review of the scope of the project I will give you a "not to exceed" fixed fee. If the project goes beyond the scope we agreed upon in contract, I would then propose additional fee(s). I will mark-up exclusive products that only I can purchase for you through trade only services to cover my time to administer the purchase, procurement, delivery and installation of those products. I will assist clients with their own purchasing to help them select the right items for a project as long as my time is covered (usually in the fixed fee).
