With a builder’s license and extensive product knowledge of fine furniture, appliances, lighting, countertops and flooring, MATAKdesign services go well beyond the ordinary, and include home or office renovations, new construction and total project management. Two fee structures: Hourly: An hourly fee is charged when no product is purchased and it is consultation only. A retainer is requested at the onset of the project for a minimum of 10 hours. Product: Product is purchased and no hourly fee is charged. Included with this phase are paint and finish selections. A retainer is requested at the onset of the project. There is no fee for the initial meeting - it is an informational and getting aquainted meeting.
