She has been featured in USA today, The Washington Post and The Washington Times. She has also been a speaker at the Captial Area Home Show. June began her career studying business marketing, she them went on to manage the Visual Merchandising for major department stores, which included all displays, promotions and renovation projects. She has taken and passed the CQRID and is a certified residential Interior Designer. She is a member of the National Association of Remodeling Industries, National Homebuilders Assn., Interior Design Society and volunteers in her community.

Fee Structures

Our goal is to provide value to the client and the project that will more that pay for our fees. We have an initial consultation with a client at an hourly rate of $150-200 per hour. If it appears we are a good fit for the project we establish a fixed fee price for the project design based on the number of rooms and the scope of the work to be done, decorating only or construction. The fee is payable at the rate of 50% at signing of contract and balance when final design concept is presented to the client. We do ask for a retainer based on the scope of the project which is used to pay the last invoice on the project. We will manage the project thru to it's completeion for a small % of the renovation cost.
