About
I am currently studying for the NCDIQ and plan to sit for the exam in the fall. I have completed my AKBD (accredited kitchen and bath designer) with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. I maintain the continuing education credits to keep my AKBD current. I have studied art history while living in Europe. I have traveled extensively, observing design and colors every step of the way. Graduate of Purdue School of Construction Technology I am a juried clay artist, a certified florist. I entered my first floral design contest at age 12, and took a first. My core is creating ideas that are customized to your needs and wishes. I want to make spaces that will make you smile.
Services Offered
I utilize my creativity to craft something that is uniquely yours. I love doing all sorts of "themes", from to contemporary to Williamsburg. The first and last thing, I do is listening to what you want in your home. I have been fortunate enough lived in South East Asia. I studied art history while living in Europe. I also enjoy the simplicity of oriental design that is adapted to American needs. Customer service is the 11th commandment for me. You do not have service problems as my client. After the project is complete and you have a problem with a sofa, you do not have a problem because it is my problem to resolve for you. I want to be given the opportunity to earn your trust and your business. It is important to know where your project will end, before you start. This is one of the key services a designer provides.

Fee Structures
I spell out to what services will be provided for a certain price. If I have make a miscalculation with my fees, you will never hear a work about additional monies. Personally I hate it when I am told a price, and then have someone come back to me with,"well I need more money". That type of behavior is at the very least unprofessional. You pay what ever discount price I receive from suppliers. The whole concept is like a scale. My fees make the scale tip to one side. As the project progresses, and you receive discounts on merchandise the financial scale tips in your favor.
