There are several ways to begin the process of creating
a special home or commercial establishment, and they vary with the size of the project. Large projects usually start with an ntroductory meeting, during which the project, timetable, needs and preferences are discussed. A letter of agreement and retainer fee,is signed and the project begins.
A more casual approach is an initial consultation, fee based ($125/hr), which lasts 2-3 hours, starting with a tour of the home, and finishing with many design ideas,
in the form of notes, for furniture placement, windows, colors, and accessories. At the end of the appointment,
a master plan is developed, which can be implemented on one's timetable and resources.
