Vivianna Irizarri , President Mrs. Irizarri brings a unique set of skills and experiences to her role as owner of Cachet Furnishings & Interiors: Design Disciplines: interior design, millwork design, space planning, and merchandising. Mrs. Irizarri began her career in advertising as an art director, starting with major New York city agencies and moving to Washington, DC, where she established a successful agency of her own. A member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Mrs. Irizarri has the rare ability to personally create space and interior design concepts and millwork designs on paper and then make those visions a 3-dimensional reality. Almost 15 years ago, Mrs. Irizarri expanded her vision of what could be possible by establishing an in-house fabrication facility to turn her ideas into cost-effective reality for her clients. Fee Structures

We have two basic fee structures for residential design: The first being our Home Interior Evaluation Program which typically consists of a three hour home visit where a Designer will evaluate your home, create a new color palate, arrange furnishings to maximize space, provide ideas for art placement, new furnishing options, window treatment ideas and more, including sketches and cost estimates to help you visualize the design. Our standard fee is $125/hour for this service. For larger, more involved projects, we offer a project based fee schedule, where a budget is created with the client, based on their needs and time frame. Typically, this consists of design fees at $95/hour with a limit of total design hours, so you know up front how much you will be spending on design. Commercial fees vary by project and scope of work.
