This older home had a very small kitchen that did not work well for the homeowners who love to cook and entertain. We expanded the kitchen into the dining room, converted the large breakfast room into the new dining room, and added seating to the new kitchen island. The homeowners selected a neutral color scheme in a traditional style with contemporary touches and a few pops of color.
The homeowners wanted to swap the location of their vanity with their tub and add a more modern flair to their master bathroom. There is now a new vanity with a stone vessel sink, crown molding, modern plumbing fixtures, new lighting fixtures, a unique mirror, a frameless glass shower enclosure, a custom built in wall cabinet, unique wall tile, travertine floor tile, and new cabinet hardware.
This bathroom had a very generic aesthetic prior to being completely gutted. The homeowners wanted a more timeless and clean look. There is now a new custom vanity with a marble countertop, crown molding, new light fixtures, custom millwork and mirrors, a frameless glass shower enclosure, enlarged windows, and marble floor tile.
The homeowners were given minimal finish options when having this home built. We worked within the builder's options, selecting the granite, backsplash, cabinets, appliances, flooring, crown molding, and plumbing fixtures, among other things. Once the home was completed, we added the above and below cabinet lighting, caramel paint color, door pulls, and functional accessories.
This living room needed the finishing touches to make it cozy and welcoming. We reused all of the existing furniture and some of the accessories, however we changed the paint color and added artwork, a few extra accessories, a rug, drapes, and new pillows. We made sure all of the electrical cords were hidden out of sight.
The homeowners wanted a fun and eye catching design for their living room. The design started by selecting an attention grabbing rug. We then added in neutral furniture and a few colorful accessories to complete the design.
The homeowners wanted a formal elegnat retreat. We developed the overall aesthetic, including creating the tile pattern, selecting the finishes, designing the vanities, and more.
The homeowner was never totally satisfied with the way her dining room looked in her custom home. Her built-in cabinets looked like an afterthought. We reworked her entire wall to create one unit. As requested, her sideboard fits perfectly between the built-in cabinets.
We assisted the homeowners with their finish selections throughout their complete kitchen remodel, including countertops, backsplash, cabinets, paint color, and more.
This kitchen needed an update to bring it out of the 1990's. We selected new random pattern travertine flooring, backsplash, granite countertops, appliances, cabinet hardware, under and above cabinet lighting, overhead lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint instead of wallpaper, and more to make this kitchen the envy of the neighborhood.
