Continuing Education Providers

With IDCEC as the centralized registry for interior design continuing education, those interested in becoming a continuing education provider must register with IDCEC for continuing education course approval.

ASID and our Chapters are approved continuing education providers with IDCEC.

To become a continuing education provider with IDCEC, options are as follows:

Register as a New Individual Provider
Individual providers are sole owners who would like to share their knowledge and expertise in the field. They do not represent corporations, manufacturers, or dealers. Individual providers do not have a sales team and normally develop and deliver the seminar or event themselves.

Register as a New Corporate Provider
Corporate providers represent corporations, manufacturers, or dealers who provide CEU's to the industry. Education is used as a tool to penetrate the market. This category of providers reaches thousands of professionals each year and operates in cities all over North America.

Register as a New Preferred Provider
Preferred providers offer a multitude of CEUs and have an independent learning management system that delivers distance learning and in-class education. To qualify in this category, a provider must offer more than 15 new CEUs annually.

Register as a New Corporate Conference Provider
Corporate Conference Providers are for profit event management corporations or organizations that manage and develop tradeshows and industry events.

Register as a New Not-for-Profit Conference Provider
Not-for-Profit Conference Providers are associations, Chapters or academic institutions.
