Craig Anderchak, ASID
Craig Anderchak, ASID is a principal and regional interior design director for NELSON. He resides in Atlanta and is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. He is a current member of The Florida State University Interior Design Advisory Board. Craig is a mentor and leader for all interior design staff across the Southeastern NELSON network of offices. He offers leadership, clear guidance, and feedback on a regular basis to ensure quality results. Craig is responsible for strengthening the reach, profitability, and work of the regional and global interiors practice. He supports interior design and leads through sound management at the project, departmental, and office level.

Are you 100% sure of the career path you will take with your design degree? These roundtables give you the opportunity to ask questions directly to experts in the industry about the reality of the work they do. Whether you’re learning from a designer, manufacturer’s rep, or a researcher, you will understand the value each role brings to design in commercial, residential, healthcare, and every sector in between.

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. | Portfolio and Resume Feedback Session
Practice your presentation style and receive feedback on your work. Share the impact and significance of your projects with a professional and receive feedback on how to refine the way you present yourself and your work.
If you’re feeling a little shy, don’t worry! Students from all levels will benefit from receiving feedback no matter how much work you have prepared, from a polished portfolio to a single project.
Also, there will be an opportunity to swap resumes and portfolios with fellow student attendees to practice your pitch for peer review. Be sure to bring copies of your resume, portfolio, and/or project samples (printed or on a laptop/tablet) for this voluntary feedback session.
