Lighting, signage and dramatic color were used to create impact within the space and to highlight the skylights in the space. Custom designed acoustic wall panels and are rugs were used to alleviate sound transference within the space.
A two story glass block wall was designed and backlit with four colors of neon formed in a wave pattern. The colors relect the interwoven strands of the four companies housed at the DRL headquarters. Each company retains its own identity while intermingling with the other firms in the building. The neon represents the intermingling firms and dramatically highlights the two story entry to the building. A Pitcon reveal system with zolotone paint is used for a highly durable yet interesting wall pattern. Finish materials and custom designed furniture complete the space.
