This large scale living room was rarely used due to the exisitng bar being located too close to the entrance. I re-designed the layout to take advantage of the expansive space with a wet bar and furniture arrangement around the fireplace.
This kitchen was cramped and closed off from the family room. The wall coverings and cabinets were outdated. I opened up the space and replaced the tired cabinets and appliances with a clean lines and a island for guest seating. Lignting was dropped from the ceiling to brighten up the space. The clients love to entertain now in their new kitchen.
Custom finishes include mosiac marble trim, frameless glass shower enclosure. The twin vanities are accented with contemporary sconces and matching framed mirrors.
This basement started out as a dumping ground for unused items and a place to store off season equipment. The clients now have a media center and a nice place to entertain adults and children too. It also includes an office and full bath. Even the dog has an entrance to her private "doggie" space built under the stairs.
The client desired a calm restful place where she could relax after a busy day. We chose a palatte of soft tans and greens of similiar values to create a peaceful space.
