Andrea Magno, Allied ASID
Director, Color Marketing & Development, Benjamin Moore

Andrea Magno is the director of Color Marketing & Development for Benjamin Moore, North America’s favorite paint, color and coatings brand. As part of the Benjamin Moore Color Studio, Andrea plays an integral role in the development of color tools and color and design research that further positions Benjamin Moore as a color and product leader for both professionals and consumers.

During her tenure at Benjamin Moore, Andrea has been intimately involved in various aspects of color, interior design, and the paint industry. She has played an integral role in the development and advancement of designer and architect-focused events, educational programs, and trend research. Andrea serves as a reference on color and design inspiration for a variety of publications, including Apartment Therapy, Better Homes, Chicago Tribune, Country Living, Durability & Design, Family Circle, HGTV Magazine, Refinery29, Real Simple, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and more.

Andrea began her career at Christie’s Auction house in the European Furniture Department and later was part of numerous high-end residential design projects while working at Ingrao, Inc. in New York City. She graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Art History and English, and earned a degree in Interior Design with high distinction from the New York School of Interior Design. Andrea also earned her MBA at the University of Scranton. She is an Allied member of ASID and an industry member of IIDA.

Michelle McCormick, LEED Green Associate

Michelle McCormick is a leader in the firm’s specialty retail sector where she directs national retail design initiatives—from concept design through rollout and implementation—for internationally-renowned consumer brands. With more than 25 years in the industry, Michelle provides strategic development for the practice and supervises the retail design team. As a client manager, she oversees the organization of new client initiatives.

Rebecca Luong, ASID
Hospitality Practice Area Leader, Gensler

As the Hospitality Practice Area Leader for Gensler Seattle, Rebecca brings more than two decades in directing the planning, architecture, and interior design of experience-focused hospitality and multifamily residential projects throughout the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. She specializes in the design of urban hotels and resorts, as well as amenity-rich, luxury multi-family residential communities. She leads clients and teams through the creation of rich design narratives, yielding spatial experiences that are destination-based and community-centric. She views the authorship of a project’s "design story" as a collective process, most successful in the blended intersections between interior and exterior experiences.

David Taglione

David serves as creative director at ICRAVE and has been a part of the ICRAVE team since 2005. Focusing on leading ICRAVE into new sectors of work, David has directed several large-scale projects including La Guardia Airport, Minneapolis St-Paul Airport, Le District, MSK's Josie Robertson Surgical Center, and MSK's David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care.  He has been a forefront of thought leadership working across sectors influencing thinking around the passenger experience, reinventing cancer care, visioning for the future of retail, and building the next evolution of the food hall.

Sid understands the importance of team leadership and has developed a passion for mentorship at all levels of design, encouraging others to reach above and beyond their personal limitations. Using a similar philosophy, Sid gravitates towards challenging projects that push her clients’ creative boundaries. Her greatest success stories come from highly collaborative processes with clients, where both are equally involved to produce the best solutions for the project.

Sid has held several leadership roles in the design industry, most recently as past President of the Seattle AIA Chapter, and as a member of the Washington State University Architecture Advisory Board.

Mindi Weichman is a design director at Studio O+A where she guides her teams through every phase of a project—from high-level conceptual development to in-the-trenches problem solving. Mindi’s work overseeing office designs for companies like Nike, Adidas, and NetApp have given her insights into how big companies manage change and what design can do to mitigate the disruptions that a new work environment inevitably entails. A strong advocate for design education, her eye for new talent is one of O+A’s keenest.
