3 OPTIONS: 1 - An hourly fee for services when hired as a design consultant (selecting paint finishes, designing built-ins, helping with specifications, etc.). 2 - When we are used as a resource for product, then we do not charge our hourly fee for the items that are being purchased but rather charge a competitive retail price. 3 - Often a project includes both design fees and product purchase but not for the same items, e.g., we would charge you an hourly fee to develop a palette of paint selections but would charge you a fair retail price for the window treatment.
