Katina Davis leads human resources, IT, facilities and office services at ASID. She has been in the human resources and association membership world since 1995, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Trinity University. During her professional career, Katina has worked for some amazing and meaningful organizations but one that was most impactful was her experience at World Wildlife Fund, a conservation organization. In addition to recruiting many talented individuals, she learned a lot about sustainability and green, healthy living which something she became personally passionate about.
When asked what she enjoys most about HR, it’s meeting and helping people. What she loves most about ASID is definitely the talented colleagues she has the pleasure of working with each day. Additionally, she loves the fact that her role at ASID brings her education, professional background, and personal interests together, combining interior design, health and wellness and human resources together all in one!
In her spare time, Katina enjoys spending time with her three children, shopping, DIY projects and reality television (her guilty pleasure).
