Kerri joined ASID in July 2016 as the Director of Membership. In this role, she is takes a creative, yet data-driven approach to engaging ASID members and prospective members. Kerri oversees membership reporting, transactional/renewal communication and database system applications. She helps develop and implement an annual membership strategy to achieve ASID’s strategic membership goals. Kerri manages ASID’s top-notch customer and chapter services staff for smooth operations and excellent execution of recruitment and retention tactics, to ensure outstanding customer service for ASID members.
She started her non-profit career as a Coalitions Program Manager for the American Council of Engineering Companies, helping manage interest groups. Her next move was to the Society of Research Administrators International as a Manager of Membership, Marketing and Communications. Most recently, Kerri was Director of Membership, and then Senior Director of Marketing & Member Services at the American Chiropractic Association where she spearheaded a technology upgrade of the organizations’ database and website and launched a retention program that won the 2016 ASAE Gold Circle Award.
Kerri is a graduate of American University and George Mason University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law and Society, and a Master of Arts in Public Policy, respectively. She lives in Washington, DC with two cats, one toddler, and a husband, in order of neediness. She is originally from Rhode Island.
