Jana Pauldin has over 15 years of experience in successfully driving engagement, developing effective recruitment and retention strategies, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives. As a relationship builder, she believes that a foundational aspect of a member’s value proposition is the chapter infrastructure. Chapters should serve as spaces where members can find community and enhance or strengthen their leadership skills through volunteerism.
She brings a philosophy of collaborative leadership and creative problem-solving to ASID, drawing on her previous role as Vice President of Membership and Chapter Relations, as well as years of volunteering with various member associations.
A spring enthusiast, Jana enjoys neighborhood walks, discovering new restaurants with patio seating, and eating various ice cream concoctions with her kids. She also loves traveling and indulging in a great spa adventure.
