Description
“All About Leather” is an hour-long IDCEC (Interior Design
Continuing Education Council) approved CEU on leather
production, understanding what makes a high-quality hide and
how to use leather to its full advantage. Students will develop an
appreciation of the natural characteristics of leather, including
patina, grain structure and breathability and be introduced to
some of the diverse, modern uses of this natural material.

patina, grain structure, breathability
● Understand which factors create a better hide
● Understand the differences between leather types and how to use them to your benefit
