ASID has scheduled the upgrade and maintenance period for its asid.org website and member information system starting Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024 through Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024. Our goal is to improve our systems, expand our services, and ultimately serve you better. We are excited about the enhancements we will be bringing to you.
Services Affected: Access to our online systems, including the member portal will be temporarily unavailable. This means that making updates to your member profile or renewing your membership online or over the phone will not be possible until maintenance and upgrades have been completed. In addition, members will not have access to ASID Academy, ASID Advantage, Small Business Solutions services, or member rates on purchases until the conclusion of the maintenance period.

Please note our customer service team is also affected by this maintenance period and will not be able to take payments or make changes to your account during this period.
