Bauhaus in Context

The purpose of this course is to give an overview of the Bauhaus movement and its major design principles. The course will delve into some of those principles in more detail, such as: crossdisciplinary integrated design, innovation and experimentation, and functionality. The curriculum seeks to show attendees how these Bauhaus concepts are still alive today, and relates the principles to modern-day trends in architecture and design.
