Kristie Nicoloff, RID, NCIDQ, IIDA, ASID

Associate Principal & Senior Interior Designer 

 

Kristie Nicoloff is an award-winning, nationally accredited designer with over 28 years of experience in healthcare interior design and facility project management. As the Operations & Finance Manager for the Greenville and Asheville offices of LS3P Associates LTD, Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. 

Kristie's extensive professional background includes project management, facilities assessments and standards, program planning, and space allocation and design. She has worked as a Senior Project Manager and Space Planner at major healthcare systems in Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC. Her expertise extends to co-leading research on the effects of COVID-19 within building facilities and presenting at ASID’s National conferences on topics such as the impact of COVID-19 in design, ESG in design, and the 'Disruption' in our profession related to AI, neurodiversity, and sustainability. 

Currently serving as the National Chair for the Trends and Futures Committee for ASID, Kristie is actively engaged in shaping the future of interior design. She holds memberships in CREW, Women in Healthcare, IIDA, and ASID, and is an active CIDA Accreditation Reviewer. 

Kristie is deeply committed to community and professional service. She has served on the Board of Directors for IIDA and Women in Healthcare and has been a strong advocate for promoting licensure for her profession through legislation in both North and South Carolina. Kristie frequently participates in portfolio reviews and design critiques for universities and has been a guest speaker on healthcare design. 

An avid supporter of the Girl Scouts of America, Kristie has dedicated over a decade to serving at the local troop and Service Unit levels. Her passion for interior design and her dedication to advancing the profession make her a respected leader and innovator in the industry. 

 

Christopher M. Good, ASID, IIDA, NCIDQ, CID, LEED AP

Christopher M. Good is Chief Creative Officer at One Workplace, the West Coast leader in workplace design solutions, and founder of +One, a consultancy focused on transforming workplace culture through the power of design. A passionate advocate for using design to improve human experiences, Chris’s work is dedicated to reshaping how we think about and interact with the world around us. 

Chris is a frequent speaker and workshop leader at events across the country, inspiring audiences to explore the influence of design on organizational behavior. His recent TEDx talk, The Power of Propinquity, highlights the connection between design and building meaningful interpersonal relationships. 

An award-winning interior designer and artist, Chris has collaborated with organizations such as IDEO, Michelle Obama’s Better Make Room Campaign, and the Unreasonable Group’s Project Literacy Lab, empowering communities and entrepreneurs globally. 

In addition to his professional practice, Chris has contributed extensively to interior design education and accreditation. He served as a Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) Site Visitor from 2007 to 2018, a CIDA Accreditation Commissioner from 2019 to 2021, and joined the CIDA Board of Directors in 2025. Chris’s dedication to design education includes a decade of service on the Radford University Department of Interior Design Advisory Board (2006–2017) and teaching as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts, where he helped guide students toward professional excellence.
