Home & Garden Colorado is now accepting applications for the 2023 Designer Showhouse project next June.

This will be Alpine Publishing Group’s 11th Designer Showhouse project. The Designer Showhouse project has raised nearly $320,000 for various local non-profit partners overall. The Home & Garden Colorado 2023 Designer Showhouse is a market-ready luxury home in Platt Park, Denver, Colorado. It will be ready mid-June 2023 for the general public to tour for a $40 donation.

Private Sponsored events also raise funds for the non-profit. One hundred percent of these proceeds go directly to the benefactor. Designer Showhouse designers benefit from a variety of promotion: advertising via print, tv, digital and social, press, getting published in a reputable, luxury shelter magazine, “live” exposure to see your work, and networking opportunities – well over $150,000 in value.

Please Note that an advertising schedule is required to participate, and designers must be based in Colorado.

To be considered, please fill out the designer application by Wednesday, August 10th, 2022. Designers who are selected will receive a Special Invitation to our exclusive Bare Bones meeting on August 30th in Denver to learn more about what’s involved as well as next steps.
