Arlene Kisiel-Jermann brings passion, commitment to succeed, and a powerful blend of skills, education and experience to every residential architecture and interior design project. From preliminary design to permitting to managing all aspects of your project's design during construction, Arlene's talents contribute to high-end residential homes and renovations designed for you.
Since 1987, Arlene has been privileged and trusted to work on projects with budgets ranging from $100K to multi-million dollar budgets. Educated in both architecture and interior design, she has used her knowledge to manage all phases of design, architecture, and construction for a variety of clients. Arlene launched her own firm in 2007.
One good project has led to another as Arlene's skills, confidence, and contribution have grown to meet each new creative challenge. For example, Arlene was hired in 2008 to collaborate on the design for a fireplace and to specify door hardware selections for a 9,000 square foot historical home of significance. This led to an engagement to complete architectural design drawings for a carriage house guest apartment on the same property. The invitation to be the project architect for the design, renovation and additions to main home immediately followed. This project is almost complete.
