Quinn Hannum's career in design began with a design position at a World's Top 100 Architecture Firm, Robert AM Stern (RAMSA). Stern was the prior Dean of the Yale School of Architecture and an inspiring mentor. With Stern, Quinn designed luxury hospitality projects such as The Four Seasons Downtown (NYC), as well as an exclusive residential community of ultra-lux show homes in Mount Nicholson, Hong Kong (One of which sold for HK$722 million). Quinn also designed luxury multi-family condominium buildings for Related and Corcoran, as well as commercial offices in the Manhattan area, and several university campuses throughout the United States.
In 2014, Quinn established Quinn Hannum, LLC and her focus became designing and crafting custom furniture, finishes, accessories and fine artwork for clients seeking unique spaces and decor, completely tailored to them. Her services also include urban gardens and landscape design to create seamless continuity from the interior to the exterior. Quinn collaborates with fine artisans domestically and internationally to create completely one-of-a-kind furnishings and finishes.
Quinn is perhaps most celebrated for her architectural space-planning services which have increased her client's property values by hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars. In January of 2023, Quinn founded Elite Space Planning to extend top-level space planning services to clientele throughout the United States. Quinn collaborates with real estate developers, investors, agents, builders and private clientele to deliver maximum return on investment by utilizing the exact same square footage as before, in entirely new ways.
