Vicki Satterfield joined the ASID Membership Team in March of 2014. As a Customer Service Associate, Vicki is responsible for ensuring quality and efficient customer service to ASID members, partners, customers and prospects; staying abreast of all ASID programs, projects, website updates and internal communications; and developing and executing programs to improve internal and external functions through project review and improvement. She is part of a team that handles approximately 4,000 member inquiries each month.
Vicki came to ASID after 20 years with the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), a member-driven organization previously located in Ft. Washington, MD, where she honed her skills in providing member, chapter and customer service excellence. During the last three years with NTMA, Vicki assisted the organization with its transition to Cleveland, OH.
Victoria studied general business, HTML and webpage development at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM). She and her husband of 30 years have two children and three grandchildren, all of whom very much enjoy boating and camping.
Has 49 nieces and nephews combined (includes greats & great-greats)
Reading is her favorite past time.
Her dream home is a waterfront cottage with a pier.
Her birthmark is a strip of grey hair with a backstory: the same strip of hair was coal black at birth (the same color as her father’s) while the rest was light brown; when her father’s hair turned grey (when Vicki was in her teens), her black strip turned grey as well.
