ASID thrives on the dedication and commitment of our volunteers, who play a crucial role in addressing the issues impacting design and the built environment.

ASID opens it’s annual “Call for Volunteers” each spring. Interested in becoming a volunteer for an ASID National Committee? Fill out the form below to be notified when the next call for volunteers is open.

Any individual ASID member in good standing may apply to be a National Committee volunteer.  

  • If selected for a National Committee, ASID membership must be maintained during term. 
  • All ASID members may submit including Professional, Allied, and Associate Practitioners, Educators, Students, and Affiliate Members.  
  • Any member who receives member benefits through a partnership including Industry, Firm, Higher Education, and Affiliate Partners may submit.  
  • Individuals that are not current ASID members may submit. If selected for a National Committee, the volunteer must become an ASID member within 30 days of being selected.
