Join the ASID Texas Austin Design Community for the second annual Student Symposium & Design Continuum! This 3-part event is intended to connect students with interior design pros in a constructive format optimizing time and content, connect the design community with current products & services at Facets of Austin, and introduce a proven sales strategy leveraging DISC assessment and training into secured design agreements!

Students will have the opportunity to connect with top interior designers through dynamic, rotating sessions while gaining real-world business insights you can actually use.

Everyone is invited to enjoy a delicious Lunch & Learn hosted by Facets of Austin. We will tour their showroom, learn more about their products and services, and meet their trusted team.

Your ticket includes a pre-event DISC assessment to uncover your unique profile. We will hear from Sandler expert and MakingLuck, Inc. CEO, Tim Goering, as he shares powerful strategies for using DISC to elevate your sales success. Understanding DISC profiles, and how to apply this knowledge to interacting with your prospects does lead to proven sales conversions, as well as empowers you to navigate all client and vendor relations in a more productive way.

Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned design pro, this event is packed with connection, learning, and inspiration!

• Non-Member Interior Designers: $100
• Students (both ASID Members & Non-Members): $0

Registration Information:

• This event is only for interior design Students and practicing Interior Designers.
• You MUST register on Eventbrite to attend. Registrations will close Friday, February 6 @ 11:00 AM, so be sure to register before then.
• If you RSVP via Eventbrite for a free ticket and then discover you cannot attend, please be courteous by following these instructions to cancel your registration so that both the host and the Austin Design Community volunteer organizers know.
• There are no refunds for paid tickets, but a different person may attend in your place should you not be able to attend. You must let the volunteer organizers know.
