Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) Designation Course & CEU

      3 DAY PROGRAM – (1/24/2018 – 1/26/2018)

  • Complete this newly revised Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) program which includes:
  • CAPS I – IDCEC# 106446-1011 – .6 GEN CEU Credits
  • CAPS II – IDCEC#106451-1001 – .6 HSW CEU Credits
  • CAPS III – IDCEC#106748-1007 – .6 HSW CEU Credits
  • CAPS I & II are required for CAPS III
  • (CAPS designees excluded)
  • This Three Day Course teaches the strategies and techniques for marketing, designning and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environmemts. Going beyond universal design, CAPS also addresses the communication and technical needs of the older adult market. CAPS III addresses in depth design solutions for progressive conditions, multi-generational living, children with disabilities and how to design for the lifestyle changes of older adults. The CAPS designation program adds value to that knoeledge by providing insights into marketing and working with this demographic group. The CAPS designation is internationally recognized and is offered through The National Association of Home Builders, NAHB.
