The ASID Texas San Antonio Design Community invites you to join us at KBK To The Trade for an IDCEC-accredited CEU exploring how the materials and construction details that shape the comfort, performance, and quality of a seat cushion.

In the continuing education course “Selecting the Best Seat Cushion for Your Customer” [IDCEC #122118 | GEN] participants will learn about seat and back cushion construction, foam density, compression, cushion springs, Dacron, down blends, back cushion fills, and how fabric and leather choices influence feel. The course helps designers make more informed upholstery selections and better recognize the details that contribute to a high-quality finished piece.

Registration Notes

• You must register on Zeffy to attend. Registration will close on Friday, August 21st @ 7:00 PM or after 50 registrants, whichever comes first.
• Please be prepared to provide your ASID member number (if applicable) and IDCEC number (if you track your CEUs through IDCEC). Don’t know your IDCEC number? You can look it up on the IDCEC website.
• If you RSVP via Zeffy and then discover you cannot attend, please be courteous and notify the contact person listed below so that the hosts and volunteer organizers know and so someone can claim your spot.
• There are no refunds for paid tickets, but a different person may attend in your place should you not be able to attend. You must let the volunteer organizers know.
