Keauhou Lane is the first LEED Platinum certified multi-family and affordable project on Oahu. Located in the heart of Kaka’ako, Keauhou Lane is a six-story, 209-unit residential apartment that provides a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans and features an expansive retail and pedestrian lane with local restaurants and shops, including Down To Earth—a beloved organic and natural health food store. Sustainable features contributing to its LEED Platinum certification include a 58-panel solar hot water system designed to provide 40% of the building’s hot water demand, Energy Star-rated appliances, non-toxic finishes including paints, adhesives and sealants, and landscaping with low-water, native plants and efficient irrigation. Additionally, 100% of the building’s storm water is infiltrated on-site through an underground network of drywells and piping.
