Forward x Design is an event for interior design professionals focused on building thoughtful, resilient, and profitable design practices.

This cohort-based retreat brings together designers at different stages of practice who share a common goal: building stronger businesses, more intentional leadership practices, and sustainable long-term growth.

Designed as an interactive working retreat, Forward x Design combines strategy sessions, leadership intensives, firm growth workshops, peer advisory discussions, and curated experiences that balance practical business insight with meaningful professional connection.

Throughout the retreat, attendees will step outside the day-to-day demands of running a business to gain perspective, exchange ideas with peers, and develop a more intentional roadmap for the next stage of growth.

Schedule At A Glance

The Forward x Design experience begins Sunday evening, November 8, with an opening reception and dinner designed to foster immediate connection. Following two full days of immersive working sessions and networking, the event will wrap at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, allowing for convenient afternoon departures. Experience it all, together. Our immersive, cohort-based schedule ensures that every participant attends all sessions collectively.
