The session wraps up with a live demonstration of these solutions in action. |

| 3:00 p.m. | CEU 3: Custom Lighting: How to Balance Design, Safety, and Performance Presented by Jerry Staadt & Brad Krieger, Speckk Brands Explore the three tiers of custom lighting, from simple modifications to ground-up “napkin sketch” designs, and learn when each makes sense for your project. You’ll also cover the structural, code, ADA, and UL requirements that keep a one-of-a-kind fixture safe, compliant, and ready to install. |

Dross, Lighting by Jeffrey Take a room-by-room look at a real lighting project, covering how light levels, glare control, nighttime mobility, and cost shaped each design decision. You’ll also see which products were specified, what challenges came up during installation, and what could have made the design even better. |
